Shipping Responsibility
Eve and Love™ is not responsible for stolen packages or those delivered to an incorrect address due to customer input. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee. Please order mindfully.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders ship in plain packaging with no reference to Eve and Love™ or our website. We use unmarked brown boxes or opaque padded envelopes, with a generic return address. No catalogs will be mailed.

Standard (5-10 business days): US $7.00
Processing Time
98% of orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 10 AM CST will ship the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, with tracking numbers provided via email.
Shipping Time
Shipping times begin once the item leaves our warehouse. Carriers estimate 5–10 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
International Deliveries
Once a package arrives in the destination country, final delivery is handled by local customs and postal services. For updates after customs clearance, contact your local agents. We cannot guarantee delivery success in certain regions such as India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia due to strict import laws.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx for US shipments. International couriers may vary based on destination. All orders receive a tracking number with updates available within 24 hours of dispatch.
Cash on Delivery
